"Where are you based?"

"Can you travel to me?"
I am only able to travel to clients if the booking is with 3 or more people.
Please email me if you’d like to make a mobile booking with 3 or more. (Additional travel fees apply)
"What type of lashes do you offer?"
I offer both individual and strip lashes.
"If I don't want to have lashes put on or want less makeup applied can the price be negotiated?"
All prices are fixed and do not change whether you choose to have lashes or not
and/or if you choose to have less products applied.
"Is there a booking or cancellation fee?"
A 50% booking deposit is required to make a booking. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, under no circumstances will this be refunded including event cancellation and falling ill (i.e. Covid). If not paid within 48 hours after booking, your request may be declined.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours will incur a loss in deposit to cover the loss of business time. The booking deposit may be transferred to a new date if the booking is rescheduled strictly 48 hours prior to the original booking date.
Terms & Conditions
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon making a booking.
Once a booking is made, under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded this includes event cancellations or falling ill. The remaining fee of the appointment will be paid on the day of via cash or PAYID.
PRICES
All prices are fixed and do not change whether you choose to have lashes or not and/or choose to have less makeup applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours will incur a loss in deposit to cover the loss of business time. The booking deposit may be transferred to a new date if the booking is rescheduled strictly 48 hours prior to the original booking date.
LATENESS/NO-SHOWS
I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and forfeited. In the event of a forfeited appointment due to lateness, the Deposit/Full Service Fee remains non-refundable. If you know you are running behind, please text or call as soon as possible. While I will always try to accommodate you, I cannot guarantee service if you exceed the grace period.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and provide no notice, your deposit will be forfeited immediately. Additionally, a No-Show Fee (equivalent to the remaining balance of the scheduled service) will be required.
Booking Restriction: You will be unable to schedule any future appointments until this outstanding balance is paid in full. For future bookings I will require a full payment upfront.
ILLNESS
Please notify me immediately if you are sick, under no circumstance will the booking go ahead if you have a cold or Covid-like symptoms.
If you have an active cold sore/eye infection of any kind, the booking will be cancelled.
LIABILITY
Any skin condition, allergy or illness should be reported to me prior to makeup application. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Jannelle Garcia, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic or adverse reaction.
